Just wanted to share with all of you an e-mail I received just a minute ago, Called "Item of Interest" from Derek Teskey. I get e-mails like this about once a month along with all my other hate mail.

T.J. it is interesting to me that you have a web site, speaking events, and book that is basically another ploy to make money for yourself. It would seem you are not plundering ignorant youth any more but you've turned your back on your old beliefs or really just incorporated them into a somewhat business. The likes of you will always be seen for what it is... pathetic. Your no better than the common low life in society. Your not sorry for what you have done in the past, your still a worm but of a different sort. I will say to you that the day your reality train rolls in will be the day you will be held to account for what you have done in the past and what you are doing now. Try to sleep at night because your demons will always haunt you my friend.

I would like to let you know that I have do have a website, I do speaking events and I did author a book. I also think you should know the following. First in response to my website, I built it to help the public understand the racist movement better and I make NO Money off it. As for my Speaking events, in the last 15 years, I have done almost as many free gig for trouble teen, at risk youth and students, as I have had paying gigs. Lastly, my book, I waited 11 years to write it and to date I may have made about 5,000.00 in royalties. I would like to thank you for asking about my sleep habits. I sleep very well these days, because as of today, I now stand as 89 people I've helped in same way leave a world of hate. I hope you have a pleasant nights sleep tonight, but I know you wont because the demons that used to haunt me have moved on to you.

Front Founder David Lynch Shot to Death

The fallowing is a Southern Poverty Law Center article I received today. Another old and former friend of mine is dead do to gun shot and gang violence. David Lynch built the very first hate site about me after I left the racist movement. I can now also say that we talked a few times after I was out of the movement. He asked me a few time to come back, half hearted, and I tried to get he to leave. Sadly he stayed in the world of hate and violence and now is dead. WHO'S NEXT????? Early this morning, a man was killed and a woman injured in a shooting in Citrus Heights, Calif., a suburb of Sacramento. Law enforcement authorities said the man, who was shot in the head and torso, was found dead inside the home. The woman, who was shot in the leg, was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Local media reports said that two children were believed by law enforcement to have been inside the home at the time of the shooting.

Law enforcement sources have confirmed to Hatewatch that the man who was shot was David Lynch, 40, and his death is being treated as a homicide.

Lynch was a clever and charismatic racist skinhead organizer whose history of racist activism dates back to the late 1980s, when he became the eastern states coordinator for American Front, a nationwide skinhead coalition modeled after Britain’s racist National Front. After American Front’s power waned in the mid-1990s, Lynch lived for a time in Canada, then relocated to Sacramento, where he gradually assumed control of the Sacto Skins, one of the oldest skinhead gangs in the country.

While he maintained a strong presence in the Sacramento white supremacist subculture from the late 1990s through 2005, at one point meeting with then-National Alliance chairman William Piercewhen the neo-Nazi leader visited Sacramento, Lynch for the most part limited his activities to that city alone.

Later, Lynch’s empire expanded. In 2007, law enforcement officials told the SPLC that Lynch had united skinhead crews in northern and southern California, Utah and Florida under the banner of a newly energized American Front. He had also established a United States division of Troops of Tomorrow, an international skinhead organization, and helped to launch Prison Skin, a prison outreach campaign to support and glorify incarcerated skinheads.

Skinheads and neo-Nazis from around the country are posting memorials to Lynch on Facebook. Expressing what seems to be the common sentiment, Billy Roper of White Revolution wrote: “Dave Lynch: My Friend, and one of the best men I’ve ever known, a hero of our people and our cause. We are in shock.”

No further details were immediately released about the shootings.

Investigators: White Power Guerrilla Manual Behind Attacks on Police

Two men charged with attempting to kill police officers in Hemet, Calif., used what prosecutors are calling a white power “guerrilla warfare manual” to guide a nine-month campaign of terror and violence against the police department, its buildings and vehicles.

The anonymously written “White Resistance Manual” was posted on the website WhiteHonor.org and contained do-it-yourself guides that Nicholas John Smit and Steven Hansen used to build such guerrilla-styled weapons as zip guns and “Panji boards” – spiked boards rigged with trip wires, according to Daniel DeLimon, a prosecutor with the district attorney in Riverside, Calif. “It’s basically a guerrilla warfare manual instructing people on different types of weapons, on creating weapons, on police investigations, basically how to conduct covert urban operations,” DeLimon toldHateWatch in a telephone interview.

The manual is not the first to provide extremists with the know-how to turn militant. Similar antigovernment paramilitary manuals were circulated among private militia groups in the 1990s, and directions to build pipe bombs or create the neurotoxin ricin periodically appear on extremist newsgroups. Still, this manual’s comprehensive approach prompted alarm in an area of southern California that DeLimon described as a “magnet” for white supremacist ideologues. “We see all different types of propaganda,” he said. “But I’ve never actually seen this manual.”

WhiteHonor.org has since been pulled offline, investigators say, and the manual appears to no longer be readily available on the Internet. Its existence came to light when The Press-Enterprise in Riverside, Calif., reported details of police search warrants that were unsealed in response to a request from the newspaper.

Former roommates Smit, 40, and Hansen, 37, each face felony charges that include attempted murder of a police officer for trying to fire a World War II-era training rocket at the Hemet police station, and conspiracy to kill a detective. The men are suspected in six other attempted attacks and fires that detectives believe were carried out to prevent an officer who arrested Smit on marijuana charges from testifying against him, the Press-Enterprise reported.

All together, the attacks constituted a campaign of terror against police that played out between December 2009 and July 2010, beginning when Hemet detective Chuck Johnson found Panji boards near his squad car. Several weeks after that, on New Year’s Eve, a police building was filled with natural gas in what appeared to be preparation for an explosion that never came. The harassment continued in the following months when a remotely rigged zip gun fired a bullet at an officer and missed, and a series of arsonist fires torched four Hemet city trucks. Officers, as a precaution, were told to inspect their squad cars for tampering each day before duty. Roadblocks went up behind the main police station, and blast-proof glass, barricades and fences were installed.

Despite the lack of success Smit and Hansen had inflicting injury with their attacks, DeLimon said some officers have suffered psychological trauma as a result. “You can imagine that after basically being hunted for nine months, some of the officers are pretty shaken up,” he said

Old Face of Hate Repackaged: American Renaissance

American Renaissance is a racist group that was founded by Jared Taylor in 1990 in Oakton, VA. Jared Taylor is also the founder of the New Century Foundation, a self-styled think tank that promotes pseudo-scientific studies and research that proposes to show the inferiority of blacks and Hispanics to whites — although the they avoid open racial slurs. It is best known for its American Renaissance magazine and website, which regularly features promotion of eugenics (ethnic cleansing though scientific methods) and blatant anti-black racists. The group believes it is not racist because it is not anti-semitic, which are two separate issues.

The foundation also has sponsored American Renaissance conferences every other year where racist "intellectuals" rub shoulders with Klansmen, neo-Nazis and other white supremacists groups.

The shooter of Arizona Congress Representative, Gabrielle Giffords, may have had connections to this group. It's unclear whether Loughner maintains a direct connection to the group, but there is evidence that the group's positions and beliefs influenced Loughner's ideas of a government moving in the wrong direction. This was referenced to on Loughner's Myspace and YouTube videos, according to the memo, which was obtained by Fox News.

American Renaissance magazine and website is the new kind of recruitment arm the neo-Nazi and white supremacy movement was talking about 15 years ago. It puts on a front of just being a concerned citizen and in reality its a throw back to the days of segregation. This group and groups like it are a danger to the true American way of life.

Not too long ago, I had the honor of engaging in a 2 ½-hour conversation with a man I consider a hero: TJ Leyden. TJ left the white power movement during the mid-nineties as I did, after spending many years recruiting kids to become violent racists. Since then, he has been a tireless advocate for peace, tolerance, and diversity. Though TJ and I don’t see eye-to-eye on many issues, we were always able to find common ground as we discussed our pasts, what we’ve learned, and the current state of American society.

Part III of our conversation:

TJ: The Tea Party movement is a militia movement all those kind of places like that are prime recruitment areas for the movement.

Arno: Exactly.

TJ: Because you already have the fearful rhetoric. It’s like a ladder; at the very bottom rung of the ladder, which is basically on the solid ground, that’s your average person. They’re on solid ground. They can discern right and wrong, good and evil They can figure out everything for themselves but at the very, very top of the ladder you have the white supremacy movement, black Nationalism—all these crazy movements and half of them aren’t even on the ladder.

Arno: I think what makes their recruitment opportunities so ripe is the very rampant fear. When I was active here in Milwaukee back in the late 80s early 90s there was a black congressman named Michael McGee.

TJ: Yeah I know McGee.

Arno: So you know what kind of field day we were having because Mike McGee didn’t pull any punches. It’s funny because now I understand why he was so angry. I still don’t agree with a lot of his tactics, but he was basically expressing outrage over the living conditions in Milwaukee’s inner city. Problem was, he also said things like he was going to snipe white people from the freeway overpass and such until someone noticed. At that point in time you could throw a rock and find a very disgruntled white person in this city.

TJ: Yes.

Arno: That was all the introduction we needed to start talking to white people and say, “well if we don’t get together and do something about this, Michael McGee is going to be on your door step with 30 of his big black buff buddies and they’re going to be demanding your daughter—so what are you going to do about it?” Probably seven out of ten people—even though they were disgruntled—said that we were nuts and went walking the other way, but those other three would be thinking, “…maybe these guys got a point.”

TJ: Maybe I should be listening more to them.

Arno: As in your book when you were talking about your recruitment process with high schoolers; you look for the kids that are marginalized, you look for the kids that are getting beat up and it doesn’t matter who they’re getting beat up by—you go up there and you make some kind of show of force and these kids are going to say, “Wow! There’s somebody who’s standing up—there’s somebody who’s doing something about this.” That tactic works like a charm on pissed-off teenagers, but it works on grown men and women as well.

TJ: Exactly. When a college kid comes out of out of college and he’s having a tough time finding a job, and you start saying, “It’s not because of you; you’re smart, you went to college, you’ve done everything you’re supposed to do—it’s because of that illegal alien who’s taking your job.” Problem is; how is an illegal alien with a third grade education taking a job from a guy with a BA? It ain’t happening. But it’s the perspective that you’re trying to give and that’s the whole thing with the ladder. If you’re up on top on the little people on the bottom and you’re doing that, you have to fill the rung with other groups that are extreme but not completely extreme; the Tea Party, the militia movement, concerned citizens’ council, the new confederates, the old confederates. You fill that gap with these groups and by doing that you now have the opportunity to pick off the kids that are a little more violent. Look at The Order—hands-down the most dangerous and ruthless American white power organization in the latter half of the 20^th Century. The Order just didn’t come the racist movement; yes, it came from Aryan Nations, but it also came from tax protesters and anti-communists.

Arno: Bob Matthews (leader of The Order who died in a firefight with federal agents) came out of the John Birch Society.

TJ: A John Bircher indeed. People laugh at the John Birch Society now.

Arno: We used to laugh at them all the time. We had zero respect for the John Birchers—if you’re going to stand up and do something, then do something. Don’t be a pussy—don’t water it down—come on and say what you really mean and join up with the people who are really making a stand. But at the same time, when we remind ourselves that Bob Matthews came from the John Birch Society and he left it because they weren’t extreme enough for him. What that told us is that within that John Birch Society and other flag-waving anti-government, anti-tax movements like that, there were always going to be ripe recruits.

TJ: That’s where radicals are born. Timothy McVeigh wasn’t a skinhead or a Klansman. In my lecture I give an example of eight people who are not racists, who are not bigoted, who join the United States military and in the course of being in the military came across people in uniform who are extremists and that changed their outlook on life and perspective forever. There was James Burmeister, who murdered a black couple. Buford Furrow who emerged from the United States army and ended up going on a shooting spree at Jewish day care center in California. Eric Rudolph, the Olympic Bomber, was the from 101st out of Fort Campbell Kentucky. Terri Nichols and Timothy McVeigh served in the Persian Gulf. All these guys got their extremist views from other guys who were in the movement. They took that basic anger or frustration they had towards the government and they exploded. They were convinced—as we were—that it is a revolution and it is time for us to go out there and get some payback against blacks, Jews, whoever. It doesn’t take a lot to send somebody over the edge. You know this too; you saw the guys that just came in and six months later there were facing major felony and hate crime charges because they decided to pick up a gun and go nuts.

Arno: It’s amazing how fast this process can happen. When you were talking about those eight men who weren’t racists and extremists to begin with; if we’re looking at what made them susceptible to follow that path, do you think its safe to say that fear is a common denominator?

TJ: I think it is, they fear that the government was going to come and take away their basic liberties; freedom of religion, freedom to own firearms. If you look at the case of Eric Rudolph; he feared abortion was as a form of genocide, and he feared the expansion of the gay and lesbian community. And it happens to all people. John Allen Muhammad, the D.C. Sniper, feared white people and felt that it was time for blacks to strike back at the system. All of these guys were looking to spark a revolution—to become the second shot heard round the world, so to speak. They envisioned themselves as Patrick Henry. I think that in many cases these guys really believed that.

Arno: Belief is a great key word here because there was a time where both of us believed that the white race was facing a genocide at the hands of the Jews.

TJ: Yes, yes.

Arno: We honestly believed that. When I set out to write my memoir in 2007, one of the things that was really important to get across was that I wasn’t just a psychopath who liked to hurt people. I did have a taste for fighting, true. I was also an alcoholic and a violent person to begin with, but when I was at the depth of my involvement of the movement, I honestly believed whole heartedly that if I didn’t do something, my race was going to be destroyed and it was my responsibility to my people and to my children to take action.

TJ: I remember I was up at Aryan Nations and everyone was sitting around talking about the destruction of the European culture and the white race. We were always brining up the fact that we’re all going to die out and one guy was sitting there and he asked how many of the girls who were there would be willing to share their husbands with other females to create more offspring. That went over well with the girls.

Arno: Heh! Right?

TJ: People were actually strategizing how to increase the white population at all costs because of the fear factor that in 50 years there will be no more whites.

Arno: My daughter was conceived willfully for that reason. Her mother and I were by no means financially or emotionally in any position to be parents, but we made the decision to have a white baby for that very reason; because there has to be more of them. Because we were getting out-bred.

TJ: Me and my ex we were talking about having at least five children. We had to have a 200% growth.

Arno: Like it’s not enough to just have two kids.

TJ: Another two on top of that.

Arno: It’s amazing how all that came about because we had bought into that fear and paranoia.

TJ: And the other funny thing was we would sit around and complain about everybody else being on welfare abusing the system, but then we had to go on WIC, get on welfare, and get on all this other stuff so we can sustain our family.

Arno: Haha! Well, that was “strategic” though.

TJ: Ahh yes; It was a strategic move to “bring the system down!”

Arno: Heh! That’s right.

TJ: …and then we were all anti -drugs; we don’t do drugs, we don’t believe in drugs, but it was okay to do ‘roids in order to get better fit for the coming race war. Or, “well he’s got a little drug habit and he picked it up in jail and he kind of straightened out.” Those were excuses for those guys that we grew up with or hung out with for so long because we wanted to keep the movement together no matter what.

Arno: There was a time when bodies were at a premium. You need to have that large enough nucleus to attract more people. If you’re just one guy you’re not going to be able to recruit as well so you need asses in the seats so to speak.

TJ: We had to have all the people we could get. And we didn’t plant those seeds—we just harvested them. The seeds were planted by hate that’s all around us. It’s just amazing to think about the amount of hate that is prevalent in our culture today…

Death of an Assassin: The Order’s Bruce Pierce Dies in Prison

Bruce Carroll Pierce, the gunman in the 1984 murder in Denver of Jewish talk show host Alan Berg, died Monday afternoon of natural causes. He was 56 years old and serving the 23^rd year of a 252-year sentence at the Allenwood Federal Correctional Complex in Pennsylvania.

Pierce was a founding member of the right-wing terrorist group The Order, which went on a crime spree in 1983 and 1984. The Order’s goals included the assassination of racial enemies and the creation of a guerilla army to resist and overthrow the U.S. government. The group funded its activities by counterfeiting money and by committing a string of armed robberies, culminating in the July 1984 theft of $3.6 million from an armored car on a highway in Ukiah, Calif.

Alan Berg’s offense was vigorously insulting white supremacists and adherents of the anti-Semitic Christian Identity theology on his call-in radio program on KOA-AM. He was selected for death after members of The Order, which was also known as the Bruders Schweigen (German for Silent Brotherhood), decided that two others higher on their assassination list — TV producer Norman Lear, whose work lampooned bigotry, and Morris Dees, co-founder of the anti-racist Southern Poverty Law Center — would be too hard to get to. Pierce shot Berg 13 times with a MAC-10 machine gun on the evening of June 18, 1984. Another member of The Order, David Lane

, drove the getaway car, while still others served as lookouts.

The Order was founded in September 1983 by Robert Jay Mathews, who was then the Pacific Northwest coordinator for the neo-Nazi National Alliance, based in West Virginia, and also an associate of the neo-Nazi Aryan Nations of Idaho. (Mathews lived in Metaline Falls, Wash., at the time.) Mathews took the name of the group from The Turner Diaries, a futuristic race war novel written by William Pierce, founder and leader of the National Alliance. Ultimately, more than 20 people, including many members of the Aryan Nations and other groups, joined. In addition to the assassination of Berg, members also murdered one of their own who they thought had loose lips. In the end, the group was uncovered by authorities who caught a member passing counterfeit bills and “turned” him. Mathews was tracked to a house on Whidbey Island, Wash., and killed in a fiery 1984 shootout with federal agents. His death is still commemorated annually by hard-line white supremacists.

Bruce Pierce was captured in March 1985 and eventually sentenced to a total of 252 years in prison in the course of trials for the murder and various other crimes. At a 1986 trial for racketeering and armored car robbery, he remained unrepentant. “I’m not going to waste your time or mine and beg for mercy,” he told the judge. “Whatever happens, I’d like to bring honor to myself, glory to my brother kinsmen and glory to God.” He never recanted his white supremacist views.

On the hate website “Free The Order,” Bruce Pierce and his compatriots are honored by white nationalists. The site contains biographies of the Order’s founders, articles written by Order members while in prison, and even a guestbook where well-wishers can leave comments. Visitors can also sign up for the “Adopt A Bruder” program and pledge to donate a certain amount of money to a jailed Order member every month. To this day, many Neo-Nazis and other white nationalists still revere The Order; its members did things that others only talked about.

The story of The Order and its battle against the “Zionist Occupation Government” (or ZOG, meaning the federal government) has become mythic on the radical right. It hasinspired numerous acts of violence and attempted violence, including a St. Louis copycat group known as The New Order. That group’s members plotted unsuccessfully to assassinate the SPLC’s Dees and to rob banks. One brought a pistol to a 1997 speech by Dees, but turned back when faced with a metal detector.

More importantly, perhaps, The Order marked a watershed in the history of the American extreme right. Before its campaign of terror, most radical-right groups, like the Klan, had sought to restore what they imagined were the good old days — a world in which black people knew their place and whites ruled. At times, they were aided by sympathetic authorities of one kind or another, especially in the South. But The Order, acting on the vision of the National Alliance’s William Pierce, sought to completely overthrow the existing order in the United States. It was revolutionary, not restorationist, seeking to build a 100% white, independent nation with little resemblance to the America that preceded the Civil War.

In prison, Pierce was largely abandoned by his allies. Of all of the men who served Mathews’ cause, only David Lane, who died in prison in May 2007, remained seriously involved in white nationalist discourse after imprisonment. (Lane wrote the movement’s most famous motto, the so-called “14 Words”: “We must secure the existence of our people and a future for White children.” He also expressed some his creepy attraction to two 14-year-old girls.) Pierce complained of his isolation in a letter from prison quoted in Leonard Zeskind’s 2009 book Blood and Politics: “There is no mail and no assistance at all. … [F]rankly, it hurts to see mongrel drug dealers, pimps, and the ungodly receive more attention.”

Still, commenters on the neo-Nazi Web forum Vanguard News Network have been sending up valedictories on the great Bruce Pierce since his death Monday. “A belated thank you, Bruce, for silencing forever that horrendous, croaking kike,” wrote “Rottenfuhrer.” “Rest in peace Brother,” added “SA Mann.” “I’m sure he is up there in Valhalla having a nice tall cold one with Bob Mathews. … Hail the Order!” And, from “Hawthorne”: “Rest Well Bruce. Your name is now etched alongside the other warriors and heroes of our movement — forever!”

TJ: When I was stabbed in my hand, I had to have an operation and I had lost a lot of blood so they gave me plasma. Without a black doctor, (Charles R. Drew was a black surgeon who pioneered techniques for preserving blood plasma early in the 20^th century) they would’ve never gotten plasma.

Arno: I did not know that!

TJ: How many millions of people throughout the world have been saved in trauma centers because of plasma? The polio vaccine—that’s a disease that can be eradicated within the next 20 years. Our children won’t even need the vaccine because it’ll be a dead disease.

Arno: I had made a note of that as I was reading your book. It occurred to you that if a Jewish man had not invented the polio vaccine, your mother most likely would not have survived to have you.

TJ: Exactly. I would not exist. My grandmother had three open heart surgeries and that whole technique was developed by a black intern who taught a white doctor, who performed it the first time but he was there walking him through it. We’ve got to look beyond what we think we know about things—beyond what we’ve been told about things in history, what’s real and what’s not—because the fact of the matter is, as I always tell people: history is hisstory. Whoever wins the battle gets to write the story, the loser doesn’t.

Arno: Exactly.

TJ: Look at American history as it’s taught today; we talk about the revolutionary war, and achieving our independence, we talk about the Civil War, and then we talk a little bit about how we freed the slaves, but do we really talk about slavery now? No. No we don’t.

Arno: Right

TJ: Well, at one time you could own another human being! In some parts of the country it was blacks, and in other parts of the country Native Americans were sold to other people as property. People came over as indentured servants until they paid off their debt. I want to say, “Okay what the hell?!” What kind of country were we living in man?!

Arno: I think that to most effectively paint that picture, we have to somehow put ourselves in the place of those populations that faced that kind of reality. I’m currently on a streak of really good books; I really enjoyed your book,Frank’s book was incredible, I’m reading an excellent book on Buddhism called One City: A declaration of Interdependence right now, but before that I read Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass, An American Slave, Written by Himself.

TJ: Oh yeah.

Arno: Which was absolutely fantastic—not only was it just an amazing story and a real time capsule of slavery through the eyes of a man who was born into slavery and fought his way out of it—literally and figuratively. On top of that, as a writer, the guy was immensely talented. Every sentence he wrote was a masterpiece, and I’ve not read many books where the author did a better job of painting a picture. It’s one of those books you want everyone to read. I want school kids to read this; black, white, and otherwise. Our society is experiencing a disconnect from history.

TJ: I agree. I think we don’t talk about the struggles that went on because we don’t want to talk about it. Then we go from the civil war to the first world war and totally bypass what happened to Native Americans in this country. Why don’t we talk about the negative stuff that happened in America? Kids need to know the bad along with the good in order to avoid repeating it. You know one of the icons of the white supremacy movement was Henry Ford.

Arno: that he was.

TJ: They look up to Henry Ford because he was a hardcore racist. Well Henry Ford wasn’t actually a racist, just so you know; he was an anti-Semite, which is different because he hired black inventors to work for him. He was very close friends with George Washington Carver. He had an office right down the hall from him. He used to go in there all the time and they’d eat lunch and talk but people don’t know these things.

Arno: I didn’t know that either.

TJ: When I talk to kids still with the movement, I tell them, “You guys hold up all these icons who you think are racists, but you don’t ever read anything about them. You believe only what the movement tells you.”

Arno: Well in my experience, the number one pastime of the movement was maintaining blinders to keep that kind of information out of your world. When I think about how I got to the point where the walls I built up began to crumble, it was as much an exhaustion issue as anything else—going through life denying reality over and over on a daily basis is an exhausting thing to do.

TJ: Especially when you know certain things are true.

Arno: Exactly.

TJ: When you know that certain things happened but you want to be the good “Aryan” and do exactly what you’re told. Like sitting there and lying that the Holocaust didn’t happen when there’s so much evidence. Then you hear Tom Metzger at one rally and he’s talking about how the Holocaust is a lie, then you go to the next rally and he’s talking about how it’s sort of true, we should’ve just done more—and it’s like you don’t even believe this crap.

Arno: It’s such a façade, and it’s funny because this happens not only with racists but also with republicans and democrats. It happens with anyone who has some sort of illusion that they really work meticulously to construct—you get to the point where you don’t want anybody to mess with that illusion. You’re going to do whatever it takes to maintain that illusion, especially as in both of our cases where that illusion was gaining us respect and power. Back in the day, getting mentioned in the ADL report meant you had made the bigtime as a white power skinhead.

TJ: Yeah really!

Arno: Oh you know it man—we would get it from the library.

TJ: Make copies and tell all your friends.

Arno: Oh yeah, it was like a resume. Now you know who you’re messing with.

TJ: I remember when my name appeared in a DOJ transcript for a grand jury I was like, “Yeah, I have arrived!”

Arno: We were drunken kids who would like to get in fights and piss people off, and we take it to the point where we declared war on society—war on the government. Then when we started getting hit with RICO laws and people started getting in front of grand juries and going to prison for a very long time—when people started dying and kids are left fatherless—then we started crying bloody murder about how we got what we asked for.

TJ: The old Aryan lie, “The Zionist Occupational Government put me in prison!” Well maybe it’s the fact that you went out there and beat that 90 year old homeless man.

Arno: Right, right.

TJ: Jewish people have nothing to do with it. You broke the law because you decided to commit violence.

Arno: Going back to that disconnect; you and I had a very well defined disconnect between not just white people, but between racially conscious white people and everyone else on Earth. That’s how I looked at it; you were either a white man fighting for your race or you were scum to be killed. And there’s a disconnect in the truth of everyone’s humanity. That white people who are empathetic and white people who were opposed to racism were just as human as we were—just like black, Jewish, Latino, and Asian people were just as human we were. That disconnect to me is one of the prime indicators of something going horribly wrong. You can begin to dehumanize people. Most people will—if their neighbor across the street is starving they’re going to go over there and do whatever it takes to make sure he has something to eat. Where does that compassion end? At what distance? If you take a compass from your point on the globe and you draw a circle where’s the demarcation? Is it people two blocks away that you’re not going to help? Well you’re going to help them of course. Well, is it the next city, the people in the next state who you aren’t going to help? How does it get to the point where we don’t care if people in Mexico starve and die?

TJ: Right, right exactly.

Arno: Where does that disconnect happen? If you can find out where that disconnect is, then you can work from there and start trying to enlighten people. This comes to mind because here in Wisconsin there’s a small town called Twin Lakes down by the Illinois border. There is a family down there where the husband is a Mexican man who came here shortly after 2001 and he’s here undocumented. He married a girl from Wisconsin, they had a child, and strangely enough, after all this SB1070 stuff has come to light around the country, immigration came for him and they took him away and he’s on his way to a holding cell in Juarez. Now a family is without a father. This woman is left with no means to support her household financially, no husband to stabilize her household emotionally…

TJ: …and they got a kid who’s going to grow up to be anti-government.

Arno: This kid is highly likely to be not only anti-government, he may very well be anti-white, even though his mother is white, because in his word it’s a very easy dot to connect. Well, white people took your dad and sent him away. Even though it’s not that simple it’s the same type of thing that you and I looked at 20 years ago and said, “Oh, a black guy went to college and I didn’t.”

TJ: Yeah.

Arno: It’s an oversimplification that is being laid out for you and it’s really the root of where violence comes from, where violent youth really get there start from—it’s that destabilization of family. Rather than looking to define family in a stricter way and making it harder to be considered a family, and harder to be respected as a family—if we can broaden the definition of family, that’s a step in towards a more peaceful world. It sounds like an impossible thing but I believe if you’re not going to have a lofty goal then what’s the point of having goals. I believe the human race is one big family and that the more people we can get to look at it as a family, the better of we’re going to be.

TJ: I totally agree. You have to look at your neighbor as yourself because you don’t know if the next time around that neighbor will be helping you.

Arno: So again we’re talking about disconnects and we’re talking about interconnections. I read your book and in many ways TJ, I lived your life and you lived mine. As I was reading your book I was like, “Drinking—check, punk rock—check” …on down the line. What I’m really curious about, and what I think is really a constructive thing to think about is; what have you learned as you’ve been going around the country talking to people about racism, which you’ve been doing that since when, 1996 now?

TJ: Yeah. 14 years.

Arno: You’ve spent the last 14 years debunking these disconnects that we’ve been talking about and making a point for interconnection as you’re talking to people of all ages and all ethnicities and every demographic you can think of. What have you learned through over that time?

TJ: I think the scariest thing to me is is the kind of people who are out there in the world who really don’t believe that racism exists to the extent it does.

Arno: Okay.

TJ: Who seriously just think that it’s over because they live in a multicultural area, or they’re on a college campus where they see blacks and Hispanics and Asians and so the world can’t be racist because I’m going to school with blacks, I’m going to school with Asians, and this group and that group. But racism still exists. You know just because Obama became president of the United States on November 11^th 2008, racism didn’t evaporate into thin air. At the University of Miami you had a swastika painted on the door of a dorm. So whenever the kids came up in the elevator and the doors closed there was a big swastika that they had to look at. People don’t understand what hate groups are really all about. They think that these groups want to save America. They want to save America from the evil people—but they actually want to blow it up.

Arno: With a big bang.

TJ: What does Al Qaeda want to do? They kind of want to do the same thing.

Arno: That’s a great point. I’ve been seeing the same thing. Both you and I have spoken out in various venues about the Tea Party movement and we have said it’s very dangerous. I know the vast bulk of people who go to tea parties are fantastic people. They’re people who would give you the shirt off their back and they would help their neighbor. I certainly don’t believe that they are the kind of monsters that we were. I sure don’t believe your average tea partier is going to attack somebody because of the color of their skin. It’s very important to me to reiterate the basic human goodness of those caught-up in the Tea Party movement. Yet to take this state of mind—to take the stance that racism is in the eye of the victim, that it only exists in the eye of the beholder is the start of a slippery slope.

TJ: When they’re going and yelling their rhetoric about how bad the country is, and how bad Obama is, and how bad this is, and how bad that is—you know that we went to those rallies to pick off little kids.

Arno: Connecting the dots from here to there is not that much of a leap and I agree with you 100%. What I see in the Tea Party movement is a very ripe recruiting ground for the white power movement.

Neo-Nazi skinheads and the Outlaw Motorcycle World

Is the Outlaw Motorcycle world being infiltrated by neo-Nazi Skinheads?

Are neo-Nazi Skinheads moving to more established gang?

Where are all the neo-Nazi skinheads going? Many of the neo-Nazi skinhead gang members are making their way in to the world of the Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMG). Hammerskins on the west coast and Midwest are becoming Hells Angeles; American Front members are join the Warlocks in Florida and Vinlander are connecting with the Outlaws and Pagans in the Midwest and East coast.

How will this affect the Outlaw Motorcycle World (OMW)?

The OMW has had it connection to racist symbols and has had racist members in the past. Hell, the Hells Angels in their constitution say all members must be WHITE. In the Old constitution it said NO NI**ERS. Members of OMG have worn swastikas, Iron Crosses and Nazi SS bolts. Its one thing to wear the symbols as a kind of F U to Society, it’s something completely different when you believe that your race is superior.

The Hammerskins are using a patch the call the 9% (9 percent patch). This patch has been seen on OMG member in Australia and New Zealand.

As member of various skinhead and white supremacist gangs join with OMG’s, I see this as a move by the bike gangs to pull in real street fighter. Most of the second and in some cases third generation bikes that got their rocker because DADDY was the club President or a member in good standing. So the OMG's are looking for real muscle, this could up and strengthen their numbers and create a greater problem for law enforcement. To quote the word of Hericletus a 500bc Greek philosopher:

For every one-hundred men in battle;
Eighty should never be there;
Ten are nothing more than targets;
Nine are good soldiers;
Ah but the one;
One is a Warrior and he will lead the others home.

I think this is why the OMG need young street soldiers like skinheads and other gang members to re-fill their ranks with true warriors guy who like to fight and get their hands dirty. If you were to walk into a biker bar most of the guys in the bar are punks, most couldn't fight their way out of a paper bag but it’s the three or four true warriors and the one leader that you have to worry about.

With the mentally of the racist movement being completely anti-government, this could affect the way OMG look at the government. All though OMG do not like law enforcement, they do love their country for the most part. This could all change if the ranks of groups like the Hell Angeles, Outlaws and Warlock adapt the anti-government mentality of the neo-Nazi movement.

Just as the Serrano gang members join the ranks of the Mongols and lead to the eventual down fall of this group, and is know seen as a criminal organization. This will be the death blow to Mongols, I see the same thing coming for other OMG that attract young street gang members into their ranks.

The world of OMG’s could be changed forever and not for the better.

TJ Leyden: former racist skinhead now author and Peace activist—Part I

What follows is the first installment of what I felt was an epic conversation:

Arno: Did you get a chance to go over those interview notes I had sent you? I was wondering what your thoughts were on that, if you had anything to add, or anything of that nature.

TJ: That’s fine! Anything you want to talk about I mean, I’m an open book. I’m not worried about anything. I say it like it is.

Arno: Isn’t that a nice feeling to have? …where you know you got nothing to hide and you know you’ve already laid everything out.

TJ: Yeah, I mean, like I often say, “How many more people can hate me?” Get in line.

Arno: Yeah, right. Take a number.

TJ: Exactly.

Arno: I think part of what we’re both trying to do here is to promote the idea of a more open and honest society. I think human beings are just much more successful going about their lives if that kind of openness and honesty can be maintained as they are interacting with other human beings.

TJ: Well, yeah. I get people telling me that all of the time when I’m giving a lecture. I despise political correctness.

Arno: Why?

TJ: Because it’s spiteful to conversation.

Arno: Definitely, I would agree with that.

TJ: I would rather have somebody say something racist and then go, “okay, do you know what you said was racist or sexist or homophobic?”, and they would be like “well how is it?” and then I educate them—so much better than for somebody to be think, “I can’t say anything.”

Arno: Exactly.

TJ: We’re never going to evolve in our thinking patterns if we are afraid to speak. You know, say something stupid, say something ignorant—and then get educated on it. I think that’s how people grow. I know when I’m talking to kids that are in the movement and they say something stupid; like the creator kids, sit there and say, “evolution proves us right.” Well, how does it prove that? “Because the whites are the last people to evolve on the planet.” Well, okay, if you’re going to talk about evolution; we evolved out of the first human beings. The first human beings are black, so therefore you now have black blood running through your body.

Arno: We all come from Africa.

TJ: And they’re like, “What!? I didn’t mean it like that!” I mean, it’s one way or the other. You can’t have it both ways.

Arno: Well, it’s great to see learning opportunities like that and you know, kind of seize the moment there because those learning opportunities come from an open and honest dialogue.

TJ: Well, yeah, exactly and anyway and every way you look at it, people have to look at all sides of the stance. Take for example, gay marriage.

Arno: Okay.

TJ: Marriage is a religious word. It was based on the Bible. It’s a religious institution. Just keep it in the churches, the mosques, and the synagogues. Being a libertarian, I believe in the separation of church and state. I don’t want a state to say “this is our religion.” So, the separation of church state. The fact of the matter is that the state of California, Nevada, New Mexico, or Michigan, none of them should be able to issue marriage licenses, they should issue civil union certificates so it wouldn’t matter if it was straight or the other way.

Arno: That’s a great way to look at it and I think that’s something that gets lost in political correctness at times.

TJ: That’s why I could never be a politician. These guys are always trying to play to their base instead of saying, “hey, you know, the reality of the world is of this and this is the way it should be.” Instead they’re like, “oh no, I’m from the bible belt so I’m against it.” or, “I’m from San Francisco so I’m for it.” There is a good middle ground where everybody can get along and agree and be a little more proactive and a little more thinking out of the box.

Arno: Well, exactly. And it’s sad to say but I think thinking farthest outside of the box nowadays is thought that includes everyone. A lot of things I say and a lot of things I find coming out of my mouth before I can really think about it; a lot of the things I say I’m saying at least as much for my sake as for anyone else and as we are talking about this, it just reminds me of how very often—on a daily basis—I have to really think outside the box so I can do the best I can to empathize with people whose views I may despise.

TJ: Right.

Arno: As I’m becoming more active in an anti-racist role—and I’m sure you are well aware of this—there is a certain crowd that gravitates towards anti-racism and there is a certain way of thinking about it, and there’s a certain approach to politics. I’m as guilty of getting caught up in that as anyone else, and when you get too caught up in it—when you get to the point where you start to dehumanize the people that you disagree with—then how far are we from where we were 20 years ago?

TJ: Well, we’re not. Fanaticism goes any way. Left, right, up, down, gay, straight, it doesn’t matter. You have to be very careful about when things go to, “it’s my way or it’s wrong.” When that becomes your stance and you can’t look beyond and say “okay, this is why I think I’m right, why do you think you’re right?” And then, try to find a happy medium, or just agree to disagree.

Arno: Right.

TJ: But, when it has to be your way or the highway, it becomes one of those kind of dangerous areas.

Arno: Well, that’s really what has led us to make a lot of the mistakes that we made—that idea that there are whole populations of people who the world would be better off without. It’s really not that much of a leap from, “this political movement is bad for society.” to “this whole race of people is bad for society.

TJ: Oh yeah, I hear that all the time from people on the left. You know, “we should just take away their freedom or their rights” and I say, you take away that persons’ freedom or that persons’ rights, who’s to say that the next time they come they don’t say, “well, I don’t like your political view, I don’t like your political right, or I don’t agree with you.” You can’t go that way. You can say, “hey, this guy’s a racist, this guy’s a bigot, this guy’s a hater, let’s keep an eye on him.” …but don’t give him the attention he’s looking for when he’s out there marching, screaming, yelling, and hollering. Ignore him and let the authorities keep an eye on him. Hey, you want to do something peaceful; picket the front of his house but don’t go throw rocks or do a drive by.

Arno: Exactly.

TJ: Look at Dr. Martin Luther King! You never saw Dr. Martin Luther King at a KKK rally throwing rocks at the Klan, because that would be fighting racism in an ignorant way. He would expose them by saying, “look what they did to these blacks! Look what they’re doing to us when we were just trying to get on the bus.” He got people to believe that it was not fair. That’s why he got a lot of white people in the 60’s to stand up and march with him because they believed it was not fair and it was wrong.

Arno: What that brings to mind is a friend of ours recently posted a link on our Facebook page. It was a picture from a lunch counter sit-in of a black woman, a white woman, and a white man (these were teenagers) who were sitting at a segregated lunch counter together in protest. They were covered with ketchup, mustard, salt, and their own blood. There was a crowd of enraged white people attacking them and heaping abuse upon abuse on these three people who just sat at the lunch counter and did not lift a finger to fight back—but their stoic silence and the peaceful resistance that they made is a statement that we are looking at 60 years later and that people 60 years from now are never going to forget. Whereas, the people who assaulted them—their action was nowhere near as powerful as those who chose nonviolence.

TJ: Exactly. If you show that picture a hundred years from now, it’s still going to get the same reaction of just utter disgust. Just like, “that’s disgusting! That’s outrageous! How can that happen!?” You know, that’s how powerful it is. But if you would have shown them fighting back, the picture would be completely different.

Arno: Well, it would lose all of its context. If you would show a picture of a bunch of people brawling; unless someone is describing to you why they are brawling and who is who, it really has no point of reference.

TJ: Right, but if you show that picture—without even saying a word, you know what’s going on.

Arno: Exactly.

TJ: You’re like “that’s hateful, that’s bigotry, that’s racist!” I mean, come on. All they’re trying to do is sit there and eat together!

Arno: Yep! Again, calling myself out TJ, when I first saw that—as I told you in correspondence, it’s been over a decade since I’ve hit somebody, since I physically put my hands on somebody—but, when I saw that picture, the first thing that goes through my mind is I wanted to jump in there and give those guys that are attacking them exactly what they’re looking for.

TJ: I get like that sometimes. When I see an event, or I see something happen, and my first reaction is I want to break somebody’s skull wide open.

Arno: And, you know, you and I, and I think the bulk of people who were involved with violent gangs and organizations are people that are predisposed to that for one reason or another.

TJ: Well yeah, I mean, it depends on how you’re raised and those things. If you’re raised in a family that practiced non-violence and that kind of stuff, I think your kids grow up looking for alternatives to fighting. Whereas the way I grew up, fighting was a right of passage and that’s how you proved yourself to be a man in my dad’s family.

Arno: Right.

TJ: I mean, my uncles used to put their nephews against each other to see who was the toughest. I grew up where beating somebody showed power. I mean, I got respect that way in my family.

Arno: Right, and it’s a way of not only getting respect, but kind of proving your worth.

TJ: Yes.

Arno: You know, if you can’t bend someone to your will physically, you’re lower on the totem pole than they are.

TJ: Learning how to react in a non-violent way is a learned behavior. I mean, those kids at the lunch counter went through classes on “don’t be physical with each other.”

Arno: Right.

TJ: They have to learn these things because the people who were running the Congress On Racial Equality at the time, the people who were running NAACP, the people who marched with Dr. King; they knew that one punch—one punch from a young black man, one punch from a white man who was on their team—would have totally destroyed everything they were working for.

Arno: It would have. You’re right about the magnitude of that—it’s no exaggeration. If one of them would have reacted as I would have been prone to, it really could have hosed the whole deal. And, as you mention that, what comes to mind is; delving into spirituality, I really like to believe that a human being’s natural state is one of honesty and openness, as we were discussing before. I think that’s how everyone really deep down wants to interact with the world and I think that a human being’s natural state also involves an innate desire to give and receive compassion with other human beings. I don’t care how badass you are and how many people you beat up; I think deep down everyone wants to be liked. They want to be treated with kindness and respect and they want to do that for other people. So, while I do agree with you that what those activists showed at the lunch counter was a learned behavior and they trained to get to that point; I think if you dig deeper into who we are as human beings, it could also be kind of looked at conversely that we’re unlearning this violent, dominating approach to life that is kind of set in.

TJ: Yes.

Arno: I mean, over the entire course of human history, 200,000 years ago was the first time we walked upright, “all out of Africa,” as you had mentioned.

TJ: If you look at what you were just saying, I think that the reason they had to learn how not to react violently was because of what is taught. When you put young kids together that are 3 and 4 years old, they will share.

Arno: Exactly.

TJ: They will be compassionate. If they see another kid hurt or another kid crying because of a toy, they will show compassion and they will give that kid a toy to play with because they don’t want to see him hurt or they don’t want to see him crying. But, over time, we’ve learned I guess to be selfish and how to act in a survival way, so to speak.

Arno: Okay.

TJ: But we’re not cavemen. We’re not like that. We don’t need to have that murderer, hunter, and gatherer instinct in us anymore. But I think that that’s why we’ve had to kind of unlearn it because we haven’t evolved to be childlike our whole entire life. Look at young kids. I mean, seriously. When you look at a little kid, a little kid is the most brutally honest thing in the world.

Arno: Oh yeah, it’s beautiful.

TJ: We teach them not to do certain things. We teach them not to say certain things. We teach them, “okay, you shouldn’t say this, you shouldn’t do this.” And they’re like, “well, why? I was just speaking the truth.” “Well, the truth sometimes hurts people.” “Oh, okay, so I shouldn’t.” So, we kind of teach them to be politically correct. I think sometimes it’s best to go to the rule “if you can’t say something nice, don’t say nothing at all.” But, I think, it kind of gets to the point where it’s like, “I shouldn’t do this, I shouldn’t say something.”

Arno: …to the point where you’re suppressing curiosity and communication. I think those things are very positive and beautiful aspects of being a human being and by holding them back, I definitely don’t think we’re going to accomplish anything that way.

TJ: No. We have to open up that dialogue so-to-speak, and let them be free to speak and say things, and then use it as an education and a learning tool. And I’m hoping we get there.

Arno: The way that helps me most to look at it—and again, as I’m talking to people, and I would imagine you may have a similar outlook—but I’m not perfect and I’m struggling every day to be a better person instead of a worse person, and I think that’s nature of human existence—that we have those choices to make. A compatriot of ours from back then and today, Frank Meeink puts it that he has two dogs inside his head; a good one and a bad one, and he has to think about which one he’s going to feed every day. I think that’s really what it boils down to. I look at it as planting seeds and caring for something and nurturing it. If you plant seeds for discord, you plant seeds for violence, and you plant seeds for conflict, and you water them by limiting yourself to information that pisses you off. By focusing your view of the world by what you think is wrong with it instead of what you think is right with it, you are literally sowing seeds and you’re growing negative things when you could be growing positive things.

TJ: I one thousand percent agree. I had to recently—literally—stop watching the news. The problem is, I don’t care whether you’re watching Fox or CNN, it’s gotten to the point where I can only watch a few people on each channel.

Arno: Right

TJ: And the, other people that come on, I shut it off. I mean, I used to watch almost everybody on Fox, CNN, and MSNBC. I don’t watch MSNBC anymore because everybody on there wants to bash the right. Then I go to Fox and the only person I watch anymore is Shepard Smith. Everybody else is just, you know. Like when you posted that thing about Glenn Beck…

Arno: Nazi Tourette’s! Ha ha!

TJ: Every freakin’ show he does! “The Nazi’s were national socialists. I’m not saying Obama’s a national socialist; I’m just showing a picture of Obama, with a swastika, and talking about people within the administration.” He is labeling it. I mean, I know propaganda, you know propaganda—you know how that works.

Arno: Oh exactly.

TJ: I watch Anderson Cooper and there’s one other, Tony Harris. They’re about the only people I watch anymore. I mean, I just want the news.

Arno: Right.

TJ: I want to know what’s going on. I don’t want to listen to your commentary for an hour and a half about what direction you think the country is going—because, you know what? I don’t really care where you think the country is going.

Arno: Well, I can completely relate to that. I was probably the most involved in politics that I’ve ever been in my life during the 2008 presidential campaign. But I always put the disclaimer out that there were millions of people who campaigned for Obama who did a lot more than I did. You know, I chipped in some money—a lot more than I usually would but really not a huge amount—and I went knocking on doors three times. I mean, relative to previous presidential elections, that’s a lot more involved than I had been.

TJ: Right. Me, on the other hand, I didn’t vote for him. Not because he was black, but just that I don’t feel he was close enough to me politically. I did not even think he came as close as McCain, but there was nobody running that I really agreed with. But, I told people the day after he was elected, “okay, he’s our president now. Now it’s time to get behind him and whether you agree with or disagree with him, we got to make sure that we get the country going back in the right direction.” He’s our guy now. Whether you like him or you don’t like him, too bad, so sad, you know. Unless he’s planning to become a dictator—which he’s not—we have to support him, completely, 100%.

Arno: That to me is the outlook of someone who is truly patriotic. If you really care about this country and you want to improve the economy, and want to improve our energy situation and healthcare situation, instead of drawing lines in the sand and spitting across them, you should really be reaching out to everyone you can and sitting down to think about where the common ground is. Where is the low hanging fruit? Where can we begin? What can we agree on? And, there really are things we can agree on, believe it or not.

TJ: Exactly. People talk about healthcare. Okay, we all need healthcare. We have socialized schooling, we have socialized police, and socialized fire departments. Everybody needs basic medical care, okay? Everybody does. That practically should just be a human right, right?

Arno: Well, what it boils down to is—again, this is a broader societal statement—if you exclude people from society in any capacity, and they suffer for it, you’re going to suffer at some point as well. We can’t wall off the inner cities in this country and just let them disintegrate. I mean, not only is it a horrible thing spiritually to sit back in relative luxury while other people suffer, but it boils down to getting mugged, getting your house broken into. When a man is starving and his family is starving, he’s going to feed them by any means necessary.

TJ: For me, my wife, and one of my sons, it’s $600 a month for healthcare. I can’t afford that.

Arno: That’s a lot of money.

TJ: But I’m not poor enough to get assistance through the state. Okay, so all of those people in the United States that are falling through the cracks, and their talking about all of those illegal aliens and blah-blah this and blah-blah that, how they’ll be a drain on society and everything else. The reality is, if the government ran basic healthcare, it wouldn’t be a drain if you did certain things. I mean, okay, you say “if you’re a man in his 40’s that weighs between this and this, you’re good. If you’re a man in his 40’s that weighs 350 to 400 pounds, you’re going to pay more in taxes. You’re going to impact more of the healthcare costs because you’re going to get sicker.”

Arno: I’m with you.

TJ: And you can tax other things. I mean, tax fast food joints. Whatever, I mean, there are ways around this.

Arno: Exactly.

TJ: Just put our brains together and use some common sense. When you look at things like when the racist movement is out there saying to the kids, “there’s not a white college fund, but there’s a black college fund.” That’s why a black professor at the University of Massachusetts created a white college fund. So, now when the white kids say, “hey, there’s not a white college fund!” Well, yes there is a white college fund run by a black professor at the University of Massachusetts; all you have to do is write an essay on what it is to be white in America, and you get $1500 for going to college.

Arno: Awesome.

TJ: It’s like, well, okay. Then that’s a dead issue. What about illegal aliens? Well, you know what, I am for building a 100′ tall wall 10 feet thick to stop illegal aliens from coming across the border. But not because of who they are, or because I don’t want brown people here. I want a wall because we have been destroying three generations of Mexican youth. Your fathers come over here and let the drug cartels educate their children.

Arno: Well, when it comes down to illegal immigration, as well as questions like, “why can’t I have a white student union? Why isn’t there a white college fund?” To me, what a lot of those things really all lead back to is an ignorance of the real history of how we got to where we are today.

TJ: Yes.

Arno: You know, the white college fund is called, “the wealth of white families that we’ve been building up for the past 200 years at the expense of everyone else.”

TJ: And the funny thing is; is the term “white” itself.

Arno: It certainly is.

TJ: White is a term that was created by America. If you go to Europe, somebody does not call themselves “a white German,” or “a white Frenchman.” They’re Englishmen, they’re German, they’re French, or they’re Spanish. You know, they’re not, white this, and white that. They don’t do that, we do it here. The reason is, is because the aristocrats in this country figured something out a long time ago; if they can get the poor whites to believe that they could be among the rich and the famous and have what they have, as long as they kept other segments of society down—that they would buy into it and the problem is, whites did. Poor whites bought into the idea that they could be rich, white, wealthy, healthy, and successful. The reality is that as a poor white person or a middle class white person, you have more in common with a middle class black person or a poor black person than you ever will with a rich person other than your skin color.

Arno: I try remind myself on a daily basis that the more people can acknowledge the interconnected nature of reality and the interdependent nature of human society, I think the closer we’re going to be able to move towards a society where people care about each other. Milwaukee is one of the most segregated cities in the United States. It’s not that big of a city, but there are entire areas in the city where you do not see a white person. It is all black, and a lot of these kids growing up in that area seldom see anyone else.

TJ: To me, it’s so weird. But I do remember when I was back in the Marine Corps, and we’re in boot camp, and we’re all sitting there talking and one of the kids was from someplace out in Montana, and another kid was from an inner city somewhere, and they said that was the first time they’d seen somebody of an opposite color that wasn’t on television. And I was floored.

Arno: Wow!

TJ: I was like, “you gotta be kidding me!”

Arno: In person.

TJ: Where do you live, Mars?

Arno: Right! You know, the nature of this Earth and the nature of biology is that the more diverse an ecosystem is—the stronger it is, the healthier it is.

TJ: Well, you know, back in the day how everybody was always talking about if we eliminated blacks, if we eliminated Asians, if we eliminated this group and that group. They don’t realize how much contributing black people have done throughout history. The inventions they have created. The inventions Jewish have created. The inventions of Muslims. All of these things that people have created throughout the world; without those individuals, a lot of civilization would be dead.

They began history.

Racist Skins Renounce Busted IKA Leader

Poor Ron Edwards. Even racist skinheads don’t want to hang out with the former Klan leader.
Edwards — the Imperial Klans of America (IKA) founder who defended himself against a successful lawsuit filed by the Southern Poverty Law Center — was arrested last week on federal drug charges, including methamphetamine distribution.

That was too much for the Supreme White Alliance (SWA), a skinhead group that had been assisting the IKA with its annual hate rock gathering, Nordic Fest. Less than a week before this year’s Nordic Fest — planned for Memorial Day weekend at Edwards’ compound in Dawson Springs, Ky. — the SWA announced it would no longer be involved with the event. “The Supreme White Alliance drops it’s [sic] support of the Imperial Klans of America, Ron Edwards, and Nordic Fest due to current events,” SWA Vice President Richard Kidd, a former IKA member, wrote on Sunday. “Even though innocent until proven guilty, in order to preserve our reputation as a club for our members, the SWA has always been a drug free club and always will be. This is not intended to disrespect Ron Edwards or the IKA, but we will not be affiliated with them until all legal charges have been dropped.”

The SWA, which previously considered its leader to be Edwards’ son, Steven, wasn’t the only group to distance itself from Nordic Fest. Blood and Honour USA, a coalition of several skinhead groups, posted a similar message Saturday on a web forum: “After discussions among the various crew heads in the US that make up Blood and Honour USA, we have collectively decided that at this time, given the amount of evidence — not only that which led to his being charged — but also that of individuals that have witnessed behaviours of this type — that Blood and Honour USA is pulling any and all support from the Nordicfest music festival and also any and all support of the IKA.”

Blood and Honour had stern words for Edwards, who was released Friday on a $25,000 bond. “Drugs, drug users, and those that market them cannot and will not be tolerated – regardless of who the persons are that are involved. Indeed it is even worse when someone that has held themselves up as a standard of white
nationalism becomes caught up in this ****** nonsense.”

In addition, Nordic Fest participants won’t be able to advertise on Stormfront, the leading white supremacist web forum. Richard Lindstrom, a Stormfront administrator and former board member of the neo-Nazi National Alliance, announced the ban on Saturday.

Ron Edwards has other legal woes: In 2008, the Southern Poverty Law Center won a $2.5 million judgment for a teenager who was beaten by IKA members. Edwards, one of two defendants in that lawsuit, is appealing the verdict.

In a message on its website today, the SWA sounded a more empathetic note. “Drugs are a weakness that we as Aryan Warriors must overcome,” wrote National Treasurer James Reeves. “The effects of Meth, speed, cocaine, marijuana, etc. have taken a toll on our country and our people that if not stopped now, may not be stoppable in the future. It is tearing families apart at the seams. If anyone does have a problem, seek professional [sic] help or help from one of us. We are a family and we are here to help each other.”

Remembering Law Enforcement Victims of Right-Wing Extremists

More law enforcement officers were killed last year by right-wing extremists than in any other year since the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing.

Six officers were slain in 2009 by those subscribing to far-right views, making the first year of Obama’s presidency the deadliest since 1995 for extremist attacks against police officers. The fallen officers are among those being remembered during National Police Week, which runs through Saturday with events in Washington, D.C. They include three Pittsburgh police officers killed by a racist and anti-Semitic gunman, two Florida sheriff’s deputies who were shot by a man with militia interests, and a security guard who was murdered by a white supremacist at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. (For a complete list of officers slain by radical rightists since 1995, see here and here.)

Since 1990, law enforcement officers have comprised nearly 15% of the victims of far-right killings — or 49 out of more than 400 fatalities, according to a report published last month by the University of Maryland. Local and state officers have accounted for more than 70% of these law enforcement deaths. Only 1995 saw as many officers killed by extremists as last year, with six officers dying, five of them in the Oklahoma City bombing.

Far-right extremists were energized last year by the election of the first black president, concerns about the possibility of tighter gun laws, the immigration debate, and the poor economy. Interestingly, the three killers of law enforcement officers all expressed unhappiness with the president. A friend of Richard Poplawski, who is charged with murdering the Pittsburgh officers, told The Associated Press that the unemployed 23-year-old feared “the Obama gun ban that’s on the way.” The wife of U.S. Army Reservist Joshua Cartwright, who fatally shot the two Okaloosa County sheriff’s deputies before being killed himself, told officials that her husband was “severely disturbed” by Obama’s election. (Cartwright was also interested in militia groups.) And James von Brunn, the 88-year-old Holocaust museum shooter, wrote in a notebook found in his car that “Obama was created by Jews. Obama does what his Jew owners tell him to do,” according to a police affidavit.

Von Brunn’s victim, museum guard Stephen T. Johns, was among the fallen officers remembered at a memorial service in Washington D.C. this week. Johns was fatally shot on June 10, 2009, as he opened the museum door for von Brunn, a longtime white supremacist who later died in prison while awaiting trial. D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier, quoted by The Associated Press, said on Monday that Johns put himself between visitors and von Brunn, enabling other guards to incapacitate the shooter. “Officer Johns’ presence and gallant act on that fateful day saved countless lives,” she said.

The other law enforcement victims of far-right violence last year were:

Stephen Mayhle, 29, and Paul Sciullo III, 37, both of whom were ambushed by Poplawski when they responded to a domestic disturbance at his mother’s home on April, 4, 2009. Eric Kelly, 41, was shot by Poplawski while trying to help his fellow officers.
Deputies Burt Lopez and Warren “Skip” York, both 45, who were killed by Cartwright on April 25, 2009, while responding to a domestic violence call.

Westboro Baptist Attacks ‘Filthy Jews’ in New Videos

Fred Phelps’ Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) has ratcheted up its recent campaign against Jews with the release of virulently anti-Semitic music videos.

This latest gimmick is somewhat of a departure for the rabidly anti-gay group from Topeka, Kan. For years, Westboro has been notorious for disrupting the funerals of fallen American servicemen, among others, saying God is punishing them because of the “fag-enabling” ways of their country. In April, however, the group started picketing synagogues and Jewish cultural institutions, saying the Jewish community and its religious leaders condoned homosexuality and abortion. Then, in June, Westboro members went one step further, producing music videos that demonize Jews — all Jews — with blatantly anti-Semitic parodies of popular songs.

The five videos aimed primarily at Jews feature the dubious talents of Westboro Baptist Church members and can be accessed from the group’s main website. In “Come Together,” the cut out heads of prominent Jewish figures such as Woody Allen and Madeleine Albright are made to lip-synch to the Beatles tune, whose lyrics now include the words “filthy Jews.” Grotesque caricatures of Jews that could have been ripped from Nazi propaganda posters flash on the screen, including a grinning man with a bloody knife in his hand. There’s also an image of a drowning Jew. Cut-out figures depicting Westboro members hold signs that read, “God Hates Fag Enablers” and “You will Eat Your Babies.”

In “Makes Us So Happy,” which predicts Israel’s destruction to the tune of “Hava Nagila,” two church members dressed to look like Hasidic Jews (with obviously fake beards and sideburns) growl as they fight over a penny. Afterward, with dollar signs dangling from their necks, they dance and count money. “The Beast — the one you worship/Obama — has no mercy,” they sing. (In case you’re wondering how Obama and his purported lack of mercy fit in, Westboro member Shirley Phelps-Roper told Hatewatch that the president will turn on the Jews. “There’s going to be an awful trauma, and you know who’s going to be leading those nations against Jerusalem? It’s the beast, the Antichrist Obama.”) Toward the end of the video, Westboro members — dressed like Old World Jews — join hands and dance in a ring. The women wear T-shirts emblazoned with the address of a Westboro website: JewsKilledJesus.com.

“Hey Jews” appears to be a big Phelps family sing-along, with lots of young children. Moms hold tots in their arms as they sway to the music. “Hey Jews,” they sing to the tune of the Beatles’ “Hey Jude,” “don’t hate your God,/Fag and dyke rabbis teach rebellion./You lie about the holocaust days,/The fruit of your womb – they’re little hellions.” They sing the final lines with particular enthusiasm: “Hey evil reprobate Jews/God hates you,/And you know it!”

Phelps-Roper, an attorney for Westboro, proudly confirmed that the church had created the videos. She said she’d tell anyone who called the videos anti-Semitic to “shut up” and said she’s doing Jews a favor by letting them know they’ll be destroyed if they don’t repent. “I’m telling you, those Jews are filthy,” she said.
For good measure, a few videos on the website also defame Catholics. “50 Ways to Eat Your Baby” features caricatures of lascivious priests, images of the pope, and a sign that reads, “Priests Rape Boys.” The lyrics, sung to the tune of “50 Ways to Leave Your Lover,” includes the words, “There must be 50 ways to eat your baby/50 ways to eat your baby/You just give ’em to the pope, dope.”

Phelps-Roper claimed she doesn’t keep track of how many people belong to Westboro. However, it’s estimated that the church has roughly 50 members, nearly all of them related by blood or marriage to Fred Phelps, the church’s aging leader.

In March 1977, Mr. Polanski, 43 at the time, invited a 13-year-old to pose for pictures in a magazine he was guest-editing. He took her to Jack Nicholson’s house on Mulholland Drive and gave her Champagne and a Quaalude. He knew she was 13; he called her mother to tell her they were running late. Then he had oral and vaginal sex with the girl. After learning that she was not on the pill, he penetrated her anally. In grand jury testimony, the girl said that she told him no, repeatedly, but they were alone in the house — Mr. Nicholson was away — and she was afraid.

Rape IS Rape: Join Team Ten!

In ten days, vigils will be held in front of movie theatres across the country and abroad in response to the vast media and Hollywood support of Roman Polanski, the film director convicted of sexual assault and then fleeing the country. These powerful vigils happening on October 10 are part of a global campaign, Rape IS Rape: Join Team Ten. This effort is being orchestrated by the nonprofit PAVE: Promoting Awareness, Victim Empowerment, who was responsible for the 2007 nationwide “Call it RAPE Protest” that was held in over 40 cities and covered on CNN, TIME, and NBC’s Today Show.

PAVE Founder and Executive Director Angela Rose was kidnapped from a shopping mall when she was 17 years old, “As an outspoken survivor of sexual violence, I am horrified at the media and Hollywood’s support for a man who fled the country after pleading guilty to a sex crime against a child. The outcry of support for a sexual assault perpetrator is a strong message we are sending out to children across the country that they will be forever silenced and blamed for these atrocious acts.”

Sexual violence is an epidemic in our society. Every 2 minutes, someone in the U.S. is sexually assaulted according to the US Dept of Justice. Sexual assault is one of the most under reported crimes, with 60% still being left unreported.
“In supporting Polanski, Hollywood directors, actors, and producers are contributing to the ongoing silence surrounding sexual assault,” noted Rose. “Our role models need to support the voices of our youngest and most vulnerable in our civil society – not those who prey on them. Hawaii Has a Racism Problem

Celia Padron went on a Hawaiian vacation last year, lured by the prospect of beautiful beaches and friendly people. She, her husband and two teenage daughters enjoyed the black sand beach at Makena State Park on Maui. But a Hawaiian girl accosted her two teenage daughters, saying, "Go back to the mainland" and "Take your white ass off our beaches," says Padron, a pediatric gastroenterologist in New Jersey.

When her husband, 68 at the time, stepped between the girls, three young Hawaiian men slammed him against a vehicle, cutting his ear, and choked and punched him, Padron says. Police officers persuaded the Padrons not to press charges, saying it would be expensive for them to return for court appearances and a Hawaiian judge would side with the Hawaiian assailants, the doctor contends.

Professor Haunani-Kay Trask believes Native Hawaiians have every right to feel hostile toward whites.

"There is no doubt in my mind [the attack] was racially motivated," she adds.

With no known hate groups and a much-trumpeted spirit of aloha or tolerance, few people outside Hawaii realize the state has a racism issue. One reason: The tourism-dependent state barely acknowledges hate crimes. That makes it hard to know how often racial violence is directed at Caucasians, who comprise about 25% of the ethnically diverse state's 1.3 million residents. Those who identify themselves as Native Hawaiian — most residents are of mixed race — account for nearly 20%.

Hawaii has collected hate crimes data since 2002 (most states began doing so a decade earlier). In the first six years, the state reported only 12 hate crimes, and half of those were in 2006. (All other things being equal, the state would be expected to have more than 800 such crimes annually, given the size of its population, according to a federal government study of hate crimes.) There was anti-white bias in eight of those incidents. But that doesn't begin to reflect the extent of racial rancor directed at non-Native Hawaiians in the Aloha State, especially in schools. For example:

The last day of school has long been unofficially designated "Beat Haole Day," with white students singled out for harassment and violence. (Haole — pronounced how-lee — is slang for a foreigner, usually white, and sometimes is used as a racial slur.)
A non-Native Hawaiian student who challenged the Hawaiian-preference admission policy at a wealthy private school received a $7 million settlement this year.
A 12-year-old white girl new to Hawaii from New York City needed 10 surgical staples to close a gash in her head incurred when she was beaten in 2007 by a Native Hawaiian girl who called her a "fucking haole."
A vocal segment of Native Hawaiians is pushing for independence to end the "prolonged occupation" by the United States and governance by natives.
Demonstrators shouting racial epithets at whites disrupted a statehood celebration in 2006.

Anti-white sentiments such as these have been more than 200 years in the making. The pivotal event occurred when American and European businessmen, backed by U.S. military forces, overthrew Hawaii's monarch in 1893 and placed her under house arrest two years later. The United States annexed the islands as a territory in 1898, and they became a state in 1959.

Little wonder then that as Hawaii prepares to observe the 50th anniversary of becoming the 50th state on Aug. 21, it will a muted celebration, devoid of parades or fireworks.

Classroom Warfare
Tina Mohr has lived in Hawaii for 25 years. She has Native Hawaiian friends. But in the 2003-04 school year, her twin blond-haired daughters, aged 11 at the time, began getting harassed by Native Hawaiian kids at their school on the Big Island. "Our daughters would come home with bruises and cuts," she tells the

Intelligence Report.
One of her girls was assaulted twice in the same day. In one scuffle, she had her head slammed into a wall, and her attacker continued to threaten her. Her daughter suffered a dislocated jaw and had headaches for five weeks, Mohr says.

The torment continued in the summer between 5th and 6th grades. Native Hawaiian girls stalked and threatened her daughters and yelled "fucking haole" at them. Midway through the 6th grade, Mohr began to home-school her daughters.

She filed a complaint with the civil rights division of the U.S. Department of Education in 2004. It was only recently, on Dec. 31, 2008, that the division finally released its report. The report concluded there was "substantial evidence that students experienced racially and sexually derogatory name-calling on nearly a daily basis on school buses, at school bus stops, in school hallways and other areas of the school" that Mohr's children attended.

The epithets included names such as "f*****g haole," "haole c**t" and "haole whore," according to the report. Students were told "go home" and "you don't belong here." Most of the slurs were directed by "local" or non-white students at Caucasians, especially those who were younger, smaller, light-skinned and blond.
The report also concluded that school officials responded inadequately or not at all when students complained of racial harassment. Students who did complain were retaliated against by their antagonists. "They learned not to report this stuff," Mohr says of her own daughters.

The Hawaii Department of Education settled Mohr's complaint with a lengthy agreement in which educators promised to take various steps to improve the reporting, investigating and eliminating of student harassment in the future. Today, Mohr's daughters are again attending the school where they used to have trouble. They haven't been assaulted, but one was threatened on a school bus earlier this year.

Racial Legacies
The resentment some Native Hawaiians feels toward whites today can be chalked up in part to "ancestral memory," says Jon Matsuoka, dean of the School of Social Work at the University of Hawaii. "That trauma is qualitatively different than other ethnic groups in America. It's more akin to American Indians" because Hawaiians had their homeland invaded, were exposed to diseases for which they had no immunity, and had an alien culture forced upon them, he says. Stories about the theft of their lands and culture have been passed down from one generation to the next, Matsuoka adds. (One difference now, of course, is that Native Hawaiians in Hawaii are far more numerous than American Indians are in their own ancestral regions, where the Indians remain politically weak and largely marginalized by the far larger white population.) Racial violence directed at whites in Hawaii, while deplorable, is minor compared to the larger issues underlying it, Matsuoka says. The Hawaiian spirit of aloha "is pervasive, but you have to earn aloha. You don't necessarily trust outsiders, because outsiders [historically] come and have taken what you have. It's an incredibly giving and warm and generous place, but you have to earn it," he says.
Further fueling the resentment that some Native Hawaiians feel for outsiders are attempts by the latter to usurp entitlement programs given the former to redress previous wrongs. In recent years, non-native residents have used the courts to try and rescind these entitlements on grounds that they are racially discriminatory and violate the U.S. Constitution.

Kenneth Conklin

Retired professor and "anti-sovereign" white activist Kenneth Conklin and others prevailed in a lawsuit in 2000 that challenged a requirement that trustees of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs — OHA — be of Native Hawaiian descent. OHA oversees huge tracts of lands that the United States took from Hawaii when it annexed the islands as a territory, and collects revenues from them for programs that benefit Native Hawaiians.
The state government was going to sell 1.2 million acres of these lands to developers for two state-sponsored affordable housing projects when OHA and four Native Hawaiian plaintiffs sued to stop the deal. A state court sided with the government, but the Hawaii Supreme Court reversed in favor of the plaintiffs. This March 31, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the Hawaii high court erred and sent the case back for further action.

There also was an unsuccessful legal challenge to the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, passed by Congress in 1921. The act allows a Hawaiian agency to make 99-year leases at $1 per year to Native Hawaiians (but not other residents) for authorized uses on lands ceded to the United States when it annexed Hawaii. More than 200,000 acres of land were designated for uses such as homes and ranches.
One of the more protracted legal battles involved a lawsuit filed in 2003 by a non-Native Hawaiian student against the hugely wealthy and influential private Kamehameha Schools. Kamehameha operates three campuses for the benefit of children of Hawaiian ancestry. The student's attorneys contended that violates civil rights laws. As the U.S. Supreme Court was about to announce last year whether it would hear the case, Kamehameha paid $7 million to settle it out of court.

'A Hateful Place'
A violent incident with racial overtones in 2007 near Pearl Harbor prompted a good deal of soul searching about race in Hawaii. A Native Hawaiian man and his teenage son brutally pummeled and kicked a Caucasian soldier and his wife near Pearl Harbor after the soldier's SUV struck the other man's parked car. The son shouted "fucking haole" while attacking the soldier. The husband and wife suffered broken noses, facial fractures and concussions. A prosecutor said the assault was a road-rage incident, not a hate crime. But it generated much debate on newspaper websites and blogs about the use of the word haole and whether whites are the targets of racism in Hawaii.
"It is a hateful place to live if you are white," wrote a woman on one Hawaii website's comments section. A Hawaii native who is white wrote, "Racism exists in Hawaii. My whole life I've never really felt welcome here." A sailor stationed at Pearl Harbor added that "this island is the most racist place I have ever been in my life."

Other white residents, however, wrote that they had had no such experiences. And many people maintained that arrogant mainlanders are the most likely to incur natives' wrath. It's their "cultural inability to be humble [that] is a huge contributing factor in a lot of violence against them," one person wrote. "There is a high degree of arrogance and lack of respect that mainlanders exhibit," added another.

A Hawaiian Studies professor at the University of Hawaii, Haunani-Kay Trask, is one of the most caustic critics of whites in the islands. In her 1999 book, From A Native Daughter, Trask wrote: "Just as … all exploited peoples are justified in feeling hostile and resentful toward those who exploit them, so we Hawaiians are justified in such feelings toward the haole. This is the legacy of racism, of colonialism."
In a poem titled, "Racist White Woman," Trask wrote: "I could kick/Your face, puncture/Both eyes./You deserve this kind/Of violence./No more vicious/Tongues, obscene/Lies./Just a knife/Slitting your tight/Little heart."

Trask's opposite number is Conklin, the "anti-sovereignty" white activist who has lived on Oahu for 17 years and says he loves Hawaii's culture, spirituality and history, but is labeled a racist by some of his detractors. He wrote a book entitled Hawaiian Apartheid: Racial Separatism and Ethnic Nationalism in the Aloha State.

"Here in Hawaii, there is no compulsion to speak out on racist attacks. There are all these hate crimes and violent things happening to white people and you don't hear sovereignty activists speaking out against it," says Conklin, who manages a massive website on Hawaiian issues. "The violence has been going on for years and it's always been hush-hush."

State and Race
It's against this backdrop that Hawaii approaches its 50th anniversary of statehood. The non-celebration will consist largely of educational events at various venues. Iolani Palace won't be one of them. Once home to Hawaii's monarchy and where the last monarch was imprisoned after her government was overthrown, the palace is a potent symbol of anti-statehood — and anti-white — sentiment.
Republican state Sen. Sam Slom learned that the hard way. Although Statehood Day is a holiday in Hawaii, there were no celebrations for about 10 years, until he organized one in 2006 at the palace. He and others were confronted by demonstrators shouting racial epithets. Slom, who is Caucasian and has lived in Hawaii since 1960, said the 30 to 40 "hard-core" protesters intimidated a high school band, which left early, as well as some spectators.

The 50-year anniversary events figure to be "soft celebrations" aimed at defusing sovereignty passions, Slom says. "It is a divisive wedge that some people have exploited," he says. "There are people who have made it a racial thing. [But] the vast, overwhelming majority are proud to be United States citizens."
Still, a statehood commission planning commemorative events opted not to re-enact the phone call to the Territorial House of Representatives meeting at Iolani Palace in 1959 informing representatives that Congress had voted in favor of Hawaiian statehood. Commission member Donald Cataluna strongly opposed a reenactment, according to the Honolulu Advertiser, saying he "didn't want any blood to spill."
That won't completely mollify sovereignty activists, Slom predicts. "There will be protests, there's no question about it.

A Prison gang in Transition

According to the members, the gang was started by a man named Perry Roark who wanted to become a member of BGF, although he was respected and known to BGF members. Dead Man Inc. AKA DMI was started as an off-shoot of the BGF (Black Guerrilla Family). DMI was created in the 1990’s do to the fact that BGF does not except white inmates into their prison gang.

The three founders of DMI are Perry Roark, James Sweeney and Brian Jordan.

The main beliefs of DMI are anti-government and anti-religion. DMI has a code is, no homosexuals, no rapists and snitches need not apply.

Members of DMI call each other DAWG or DAWGS. What the term DAWG or DAWGS means to the members of DMI is: DMI Against World Government or Governments. The PITBULL is a main tattoo used by members of DMI. DMI also uses a numeric coding system for each letter in DMI: IE. D=4 M=13 I=9. The Numbers 4, 13 and 9 will often be tattooed on members of DMI as normal number or as Roman numerals (IV, XIII, IX).

In an attempt to break up the gang the Feds and State Law Enforcement made the same mistake they did with the Aryan Brotherhood and Mexican Mafia, they decided to break up the gang and send them to different prisons around the country. Perry Roark is currently being held at the Maryland Correctional Adjustment Center. James Sweeney was sent to a facility in Texas. Brian Jordan was sent to a facility in Louisiana. DMI has now spread to those states as well as their influence.

While in Texas Sweeney made connections with the ABT or Aryan Brotherhood of Texas. Sweeney formed a new group inside DMI called POA or Power Over All. POA is the white power faction of DMI and wants all members of DMI to swear alliance to POA.

The prison gang DMI is headed for a turning point. Roark wants to keep the status quo and keep the gang affiliated with the BGF. But Sweeney, who is being held in Texas, wants the gang to move more toward white extremism. It looks as if a Civil War may be brewing, for the soul of DMI.

Public Enemy Number One or PENI as they are more commonly known. Formed by white youths active in the punk music subculture in Southern California in the mid-1980s, PENI started off as a street gang mostly punk rocker and a few skinheads. . PENI is the original hybrid gang, gave birth to the racist Hybrid-Skinhead gang subculture. Gangs like PENI are the future for the white power street gang movement.

PENI over the years has had many of its member go to prison; there they learned the racist philosophy of life. PENI then quickly turn from a Punk rock street gang into a racist street and prison gang. Since the late 1990's, the group has grown considerably, particularly in Southern California, where it founded but has in recent spread into nearby states.

PENI's increasing strength stems to a large degree from its ability to position itself as a white power criminal organization capable of operating both on the streets and in the prison yards as foot soldiers for older, more established white supremacist prison gangs, such as the Aryan Brotherhood, AKA THE BRAND.

Heavily involved in the drug trade, PENI members have a strong history of violence, both in the prisons and on the streets. In addition to drug activity, PENI members have committed other violent crimes, including assault, murder and attempted murder. The group’s criminal nature, coupled with a white supremacist ideology and a subculture of violence, makes it a triple threat, both to law enforcement and to the public at large. Even people far removed from the worlds of narcotics and gangs may become victim to the PENI through white collar crimes ranging from fraud to counterfeiting to identity theft.

PENI has an elite squad of men known as the PDS or PENI DEATH SQUAD. The only way to become a member of PDS is to kill for the group.

One of the founding members of PENI and the PDS is a man known as Donald Reed Mazza, AKA Popeye. Popeye, who is still in charge of PENI and the PDS, is now a validated member of the Aryan Brotherhood. This has strengthened the pull that PENI has among younger skinheads.

Female members of PENI are there mostly in support roles, helping family when members of the gang go to jail. They are also responsible for running drugs into the prisons and correspondence in and out of the prison system.

From CYA to the Big House

First organized as a gang in the mid-1970s among juvenile inmates housed by the California Youth Authority (CYA), the group was made up of white and Latino kids. Two places claim to be the birth place of the Nazi Low-Rider, better known as NLR, first is the Youth Training School, in Chino, Ca and the other is the Preston Youth Correctional Facility, in Lone, Ca.

The California Department of Corrections (CDC) had successfully disrupted and tied to suppressed Aryan Brotherhood or AB activities. The AB needed a present of the prison yards in the CDC, so the AB turned to members of the NLR. The AB had only one request of the NLR that was to get rid of all Latino members. This started a civil war in the NLR.

The Civil War has left NLR a mirror shadow of its former self. Those less in number and know having a more racist outlook on life the NLR today is more dangerous than in the pasted.

Since their beginning of NLR in the California Youth Authority (CYA) their ideology has slowly developed into a total racist and violently criminal organization. The NLR is active both on the streets and in prison. NLR has acted as the middlemen for the AB's various criminal enterprises and in doing so helped build NLR's brutal and ambitious reputation as a dangerous racist gang.

NLR oath "The 8 Keys"

1. I, as a Nazi Low Rider, hereby swear an unrelenting oath upon the green graves of our sires, upon the children in the wombs of our wives, upon the throne of god almighty, sacred to his name, to join together in the holy union with the brothers in this circle and to declare forthright that from this day moment on that I have no fear of death, no fear of foe, that I have a sacred duty to do whatever is necessary to deliver our people from the Jew and bring total victory to the Nazi Low Riders.

7. My brothers, let us be his battle axe and weapons of war. Let us go forward by one’s and two’s, by scores and legions and as true Nazi Low Riders with pure hearts and strong minds face the enemies of our brotherhood and families, with courage and determination.
8. We hereby invoke the blood covenant and declare that we are in a full state of war and will not lay down our weapons until we have driven the enemy into the sea and reclaimed that which is rightfully ours. Through our blood and gods will, the land will be that of our children.

The Aryan Brotherhood, AKA the Brand took its name from several Louie L’amour books about cowboys and how they would fight for a brand, hence the name The Brand, because they believe they are fighting for their “brand”, the white race.

The shamrock tattoo with is the trade mark BRAND so to speak for the Aryan Brotherhood stands for the TRINITY, the three leaves stand for the Father, Son and Holy Ghost (this is why many member of the Aryan Brotherhood fallow a religion know as Christian Identity). The 666 stand for the beast and how man is the beast of this world and the swastika stands for the power of the white race through all time.

Sworn code of the AB:

I will stand by my brother.
My brother will come before all others.
My life is forfeit should I fail my brothers.
I will honor my brother in peace as in war.

The Aryan Brotherhood was formed in the California prison system in the late 1960’s. The original member of the AB had to be part Irish; later it was open up to all white who could make the grade.

Why was the AB formed?

What was going on in California Department of Corrections or CDC in the mid to late 1960’s? What was going on in the prison system was that black and Latino inmates were forming gangs of their own based on race, so groups of white inmate came together to form one of the most elite prison gangs in the world, The Brand, or as it is more commonly referred to, the Aryan Brotherhood.

Along with the Black Guerrilla Family (BGF), the Mexican Mafia (EME) and the Nuestra Familia (NF) the Brand (AB) have taken their place in the lexicon of prison life.

As a members of the AB are required to read the following books The Art of War by Sun Tzu, The Prince by Machiavelli’s, and Beyond Good and Evil, The Will to Power by Nietzsche. Members must also study the book Grays Anatomy books, so as to know where to stab enemies and inflict the most bodily harm possible.

Members of the AB must learn American Sign Language mixed with prison signs and symbols so they can communicate with speaking.
Members of the AB exercise on regular bases to keep in shape. The favorite exercise of the AB is the 4 count burpie (To experience a burpie, start off with feet together in a wide bent over hands on the ground position, kick your legs back behind you,(so it looks like you are going to do a push up), being them back forward to your starting position, then stand up, jump and reach for the sky.)
The AB has a Blood In, Blood out mentality, which mean you spill blood to get in and if you leave they will spill yours.

People are Losing their Minds

Some people are saying that the picture above show that President Obama's health care plan is a racist plan and kin to that of Nazi Germany. What the hell is going on, can't people just disagree with something with having to call everything racist.

Rabbi Marvin Hier, the dean a founder Simon Wiesenthal Center said this on the Center's website today,“It is preposterous to try and make a connection between the President’s health care logo and the Nazi Party symbol, the Reichsadler,” said Rabbi Marvin Hier, founder and dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center.

"Americans have every right to be critical of the President’s health care plan but we demean ourselves and everything that America stands for when we compare either Democrats or Republicans to the Nazi Third Reich. Some of us may be too liberal and others too conservative, but none of us are Nazis,” Rabbi Hier concluded.

I totally agree with the Rabbi.

People grow up and became a member of the Libertarian Party.

The Coming Skinhead Infantry

Back in the fall of 1999, the white racist movement wrote and told the world what they were planning. Just a Hitler did more than sixty years ago. The neo-Nazi National Alliance published in its Resistance magazine, a magazine aimed towards neo-Nazi skinheads. The article written by one "Joachim Peiper (AKA Steven Barry)," who was described as "a professional soldier and White separatist. Steven Barry was a former Special Forces member who had just been named as the Alliance's "military coordinator." Barry, who had started his own extremist group known as the Special Forces Underground while at Fort Bragg, N.C., used the article, headlined "Planning a Skinhead Infantry," to offer advice to white supremacists who wanted to enlist in the armed forces to enhance their skills. The article has become a how to manual for racist trying to enter the military without getting caught. Here are several excerpt from that article:

Light infantry is your branch of choice because the coming race war, and the ethnic cleansing to follow, will be very much an infantryman's war. It will be house-to-house, neighborhood-by-neighborhood, until your town or city is cleared and the alien races are driven into the countryside where they can be hunted down and "cleansed." Operations will consist primarily of patrolling, ambush, raids, cordon and search, search and destroy, assault on fortified positions, and point and area defense of White enclaves -- all light infantry missions.

When you go to the Army recruiter and tell him you want to be an infantryman -- and let me emphasize this, tell him you want infantry and accept nothing else -- your unit of choice priorities are, in order, as follows: 75th Ranger, 82nd Airborne, 101st Air Assault, 10th Mountain, 25th Infantry.

Recruiters these days are against the wall. Last year every branch of service failed to meet their recruiting quotas. ... If a half-dozen strapping young White men strolled into an Army recruiter's office and said, "We want to be infantrymen," the recruiter [would] swoon and faint away out of nothing but pure joy at his deliverance from his pressing monthly quota.

Don't even think your Africanesque ritual scarring [tattoos] will be overlooked or ignored. ... Confess your sinful tattoos to the recruiter. Tell him or (gagging) her, that you were young and stupid and got mixed-up with a bad crowd, followed the mindless herd, but now you deeply regret it, wished you had gone to church instead of skinhead concerts, and please, oh, please, I don't think that way anymore, I love Negroes as my brothers and won't you please, oh, please help me prove I've become "tolerant" and a lover of "diversity" by letting me join the Army that is "America's model for race relations?"

At some point in the [recruitment] process you will be asked if you belong to any "extremist" organizations or espouse any "supremacist" causes. Lie. The only acceptable answer to any question like that is "no."... During Basic Training you will be ordered to strip to be inspected for "Bad Tattoos." However, having made it this far it is unlikely you'll simply be kicked out.

Do not -- I repeat, do not -- seek out other skinheads. Do not listen to skinhead "music." Do not keep "racist" or "White supremacist tracts" where you live.
During your service you will be subjected to a constant barrage of equal opportunity drivel ... . Keep your mouth shut. Endure it. If you are ever questioned about "race relations" parrot the following lines: "There are no races in the Army, we are all green." ... "I rely upon the man next to me to do his job, his race doesn't matter." ... You get the idea.

If you are a leader in the skinhead "movement" advise your newly recruited members to not get tattoos and tell them their first duty as a skinhead is to join the Army and become a trained infantryman.

As a professional soldier, my goal is to fill the ranks of the United States Army infantry with skinheads. As street brawlers you will be useless in the coming race war. As trained infantrymen you will join the ranks of the Aryan warrior brotherhood.
I would hope that our military is more intelligent then these neo-Nazi. We understand that to beat the best you must first learn from them and their tactics. The White Racist movement in this country wants to overthrow the government and we will just keep on training them in the ways of doing just that.

The US government has dropped the ball for over 25 years. In 1984 the racist movement declared WAR against the United States of America. Almost overnight the white racist movement started sending their people in to the Army and Marine Corps to be trained and in 1999 wrote the above article on how to avoid deception.
Here is a small list of former members of the US military who committed domestic terrorist acts.

James Burmeister, Malcolm Wright, Randy Meadows who killed a black couple, Buford Furrow who shot 5 children in a Jewish day care center, Eric Rudolph who bombed the Olympics as well as abortion clinics and homosexual night clubs, John Allen Muhammad the DC sniper, Tim McViegh and Terry Nichols who killed 168 in the Oklahoma City bombing, just to name a few.

How about leader in the racist movement who were formerly in the Military. Founder of Aryan Nations the Late Pastor Richard Butler, Founder of the White Aryan Resistance or WAR, Tom Metzger, Louis Beam creator of the Leaderless resistance movement in white power gangs. These are but a few.

The military can stop this at anytime but as one member of the US Army said “they get more medals”. So that’s the Military response, we don’t care if they are racist or gang members just so long as they get medals. Hitler and many of the Nazi leadership received a medal and we all know how that turned out.
